CLARIFICATION TEXT ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY DR.ESER AĞAR’S CLINIC

a) Data controller and representative

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, your personal data can be processed by Dr. Eser AĞAR’s clinic as the data controller, within the scope described below.

b) For what purpose personal data will be processed

For the Requirements of Medical Procedures. There are some information that we, as Dr. Eser AĞAR Clinic, need in providing health services and performing medical procedures. For example, in order to determine the reference ranges of laboratory results by age and gender.

For Legal Obligations. For being able to perform the duties based on legal grounds, and to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the laws that we (Dr. Eser AĞAR Clinic) are subject to;

For the Electronic services we offer. We, as Dr. Eser AĞAR Clinic, inform you via SMS when your results are available (optionally), deliver the results to you via e-mail, and enable you to access the Online Laboratory Results system to check your own results.

c) To whom and for what purposes the processed personal data can be transferred

We first of all share your personal data with the personnel of the institution, who will perform the relevant transaction within the scope of the services and activities offered by our institution, with intent to complete your registration regarding the services provided by us, and to contact you. For being able to perform certain activities from time to time, to make announcements, keep the records of the people we serve in a healthy way and keep such records safely within the scope of your explicit consent, we can transfer personal data to companies specialized in this field or to the servers of the applications we use.

- For being able to deliver the necessary information and making announcements to you within the scope of the services provided by us, we may transfer your address information to courier companies, postal institution, and electronic message company, only for the purpose of making the required deliveries and notifications.

- In cases where we need technical support, the consulting firms that we receive support from may need to access our systems from time to time, when such companies can access your data in the relevant systems. However, necessary precautions are made and contracts are signed to prevent these companies from using your personal data.

d) The method and legal basis of collection of personal data

Based on a variety of legal reasons, our company collects your personal data through a variety of channels, with intent to develop the products and services it offers and to carry out its commercial activities. Within this process, we collect your personal data in the physical environment or digital environment through the information and request forms on our websites and in our mobile applications. Your personal data collected for the abovementioned legal reasons can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (b) and (c) of this Disclosure Text, within the scope of the conditions and purposes for personal data processing set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
